She lives in Avon Park over looking PineCrest Golf Course, one of the oldest Donald Ross designed courses with her husband Carl and their son Danny. She and her family are very active in the community and believe in giving back to where they live.
Maureen Cool has been a Realtor since 1995 and a business professional for more than 26 years. She graduated in 1978 from the University of Tampa, with majors in Business Management and Accounting. Her background as a former accountant and mortgage loan officer has been invaluable to her in her real estate career. This experience taught Maureen that writing an offer for a home or piece of property in not enough. A good Realtor needs to be a professional, with full knowledge of financing, customer service, marketing, and the community where she lives.
